Notice to vacate

Should you wish to vacate your property, there are minimum notice periods applied. Contact your Property Manager and they can advise you how much notice you are legally required to give. We require the notice to be in writing, which can be emailed directly to us at [email protected], keeping in mind, the notice period starts from the date our office receives it in writing. On your email, you should state all tenant’s names, the property address and the date you will be vacating and handing keys in to our office.

Sometimes circumstances change and you may need to vacate prior to your lease expiring. This is called a break lease, and there are some penalties that are payable in this situation. Your Property Manager will be able to advise you further on this and the process.

Once our office receives your notice to vacate, one of our team will contact you to discuss the process and a vacating pack will be emailed to you. Moving house can be stressful so we are here to assist you with organising any trades you may need such as cleaners etc to help you get your bond returned quicker.
