It is important that tenants monitor and report any maintenance issues that arise in their home. Reporting maintenance can be done in two ways:
Through your tenant app- you should have received a link to register for this when you signed your lease. If not, please advise your Property Manager. Reporting maintenance on the tenant app is our preferred method and we encourage you to take photos of the issue/s to include when reporting.
Send an email to [email protected] outlining the maintenance and also attach any relevant photos if possible.
Please be aware that no maintenance can be repaired if it is not reported in writing. If you have an urgent repair such as no power, a burst pipe etc, log the repair as above but we also advise contacting the office to ensure the repair is attended to as soon as possible.
Should you have an after hours emergency maintenance issue, first call the office on 4954 7447 and press 2 for rental emergencies. This will then transfer you to the after hours mobile. If your call is unanswered, it is important you leave a message with details of the urgent repair and what property you are renting along with your contact numbers. Please keep in mind that our Property Management team also have families so if your call is not returned within a reasonable time, below are the contact details of our after hours plumber and electrician who you may contact directly.
